nuoc mam, green papaya, Vietnamese mint
Hanoi vermicelli noodle, grilled pork meat ball,
lettuce, coriander, sweet and sour garlic dipping broth
The main event...
Wok-seared shaking beef, stir fried black pepper macaroni,
burnt brown onion, baby spinach
Grilled lemongrass chicken, tamarind coconut tom yum,
pandan sticky rice
Blackened cabbage, cucumber, tomato and pickled red onion salad,
sesame chilli sate’

Coconut coffee panna cotta, chocolate ganache

We do our best to cater for food intolerances and can accommodate basic dietary requirements for example

Food choices such as Paleo, Keto and FODMAP including onion garlic sesame and corriander intolerences
are also unable to be catered for
due to our food style which uses these ingredients in preparation
