green papaya, Vietnamese mint
Gochujang cured pork belly sando,
pickled sesame bean shoot, pear chutney
The main event
Cumin and Sichuan pepper roasted lamb, coconut mash potato,
salty celery, spring onion oil, crushed peanuts
Grilled lemongrass chicken, kaffir lime and galangal tom yum,
pandan sticky rice and nori
Honey soy pumpkin, Fleurieu labne, green leaf,
passion fruit vinaigrette
