It is considered a sleepout to the Retreat - an original cottage from the late 1800's
Please note -  this is for in-house guests only and registered staying at the retreat/ cottage

• very large air-conditioned living/dining/ tv area opening on to the Terrace
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Laundry with washer and dryer
• Large lounge area with TV
• Fireplace and air-conditioning (heating and cooling) 
• Picturesque outdoor deck area and grounds 
• Courtyard with Webber BBQ  
• Double covered garage 

Cottage inclusions: (Sleeps 6 maximum) 

• 3 x bedrooms queen bedding
• Cozy lounge area with TV
• Air-conditioning (heating and cooling)  main living 
• Guest bathroom
• Please note the cottage is connected to the Retreat through the courtyard. It is a mid 1800's cottage, and all entertaining and kitchen facilities/ dining etc is at the Retreat.It would be a "sleep out" area to compliment the Retreat
