Grilled lemongrass chicken and pandan sticky rice, coconut tom yum sauce

Slow cooked lamb collar, Iranian couscous, wilted baby spinach & leek, pickled daikon 

Maple carrot and rocket salad with cashews, cucumber, labne and a balsamic reduction

Dessert
Basque cheesecake, burnt honey glaze, vanilla ice-cream

WE ARE hiring A kitchen hand

The One Paddock team is growing and we are on the lookout for a flexible and experienced kitchen hand with an immediate start. 

Hours: Thursday to Sunday.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Kitchen preparation for restaurant and events
  • Assisting with restaurant/cellar door opening and closing
  • Wedding set up and clean up

On-site accommodation may also be available.
